Who we are

CR Dream Properties is a real estate and vacation-rental agency in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Reach us at info@crdreamproperties.com or on WhatsApp at +506 7009 9447.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you contact us (name, phone, email and your message). We never ask for financial data or ID documents through the site. Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP, browser) for security.

How we use it

To answer your enquiries, arrange viewings or bookings, and follow up about properties. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate (hosting, email, and platforms like Airbnb when you book there). Each handles your data under its own policy.

Legal framework and data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Costa Rica Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, and its regulations, under the oversight of the Agency for the Protection of Individuals' Data (PRODHAB). The data controller is CR Dream Properties, operated by Jair Villarreal, Huacas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, info@crdreamproperties.com, WhatsApp +506 7009 9447.

Bookings, payments and processors

When you book or pay online, your booking data (name, email, phone, dates, guests) is processed through the booking platform HostFlowLab, operated from the United States, and card payments are handled by the payment processor Pagadito. We do not store your card number. We also use Cloudflare for hosting and Resend to send transactional email. Each processor acts on our instructions and under its own security and privacy terms.

International transfer

Because HostFlowLab and other processors operate outside Costa Rica, your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries. By sending us your data or completing a booking you consent to this transfer, which we limit to what is needed to provide the service.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.

Minors

This site is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or older.

Your rights (ARCO)

You have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation (deletion) and opposition (ARCO) over your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to info@crdreamproperties.com or on WhatsApp at +506 7009 9447, stating your name and what you request; we will respond as soon as we can and within the legal deadlines. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with PRODHAB (prodhab.go.cr).
