CR Dream Properties began on the Pacific coast of Guanacaste in 2005. We were never a franchise or a call centre — just people who knew this coast, its towns, its water and its title quirks, helping buyers find a place that fit them.
Two decades on, the job hasn't changed. We sell a short, hand-picked list of homes and land, and we run a handful of vacation rentals ourselves — which is how we learned to look after a property long after the paperwork is signed.
