Which homes can I book directly on this site?

Homes with online booking show live rates and an availability calendar on their page. For the others, message us and we'll send you a quote.

What does the price include?

The quote shows every line: nights, the direct-booking discount, cleaning and Taxes (13% IVA), and the total already includes taxes. No Airbnb service fee.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the home; each listing says so. Where pets are welcome, it's one pet per booking, with a $50.00 pet fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

For homes booked on this site, the refund depends on how far ahead you cancel. The full policy is on our terms page: https://crdreamproperties.com/terms/

Is there a security deposit?

No, there's no security deposit for homes booked on this site.
