About the listings
Listings are informational and may change without notice. Prices, measurements and availability are confirmed in writing before any transaction. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or legal, tax or investment advice.
Rentals
Direct bookings are confirmed with us; bookings made on Airbnb are governed by Airbnb's terms. Availability shown here may lag the live calendar.
Online booking & payment
Online bookings are processed through HostFlowLab and card payments are handled by our payment processor. Every charge (nights, discounts, cleaning and any fee or tax) is shown as its own line before you pay. Taxes (IVA 13%) are added as their own line. If we agree PayPal or a bank transfer, you pay 50% to confirm and the rest by your 100% refund deadline. The CR Dream Properties cancellation policy applies; it is shown before you pay and set out below. Commissions and bank charges are never refunded. The person booking must be 18 or older and is responsible for their party.
Cancellation policy
How to cancel: write to jair@crdreamproperties.com. The date and time (Costa Rica time) we receive your notice is what counts.
Days are counted up to the arrival date (check-in).
REGULAR SEASON
• 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the stay.
• 7 to 29 days before: 50% refund of the stay.
• Less than 7 days before, no-show, or leaving earlier than booked: no refund (0%).
• 48-hour grace period: if you cancel within 48 hours of paying and arrival is 14 days or more after the cancellation, 100% refund of the stay.
HIGH SEASON (arrival between December 20 and January 5, both inclusive)
Deadlines are doubled and there is no 48-hour grace period:
• 60 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the stay.
• 14 to 59 days before: 50% refund of the stay.
• Less than 14 days before, no-show or early departure: no refund (0%).
The season is set by the arrival date (check-in).
COMMISSIONS AND FEES: NEVER REFUNDED
Commissions and bank charges are never returned, in any case: not on a cancellation with a 100% refund, and not within the 48-hour grace period. The refund is the stay amount minus those commissions and charges.
We collect payment on behalf of the owner of the house. We start any refund due within 8 days of the cancellation, by the same method you paid with. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.
If an event nobody controls (earthquake, road closure or an order from the authorities) makes the house unusable or unreachable on your dates, we refund the affected nights or move your dates; commissions and fees are not returned in that case either. Rain and the green season are not grounds for a refund.
If you do not complete the payment while the dates are held, the dates are released and you are not charged.
Date changes: write to us. Subject to availability; if we do not confirm them in writing, they are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
Bookings made on another platform (for example Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking) follow that platform's policy.

The content, copy and photography on this site belong to CR Dream Properties or its owners and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee complete accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Use is at your own risk.
